Sori Yanagi Strainer - Large
Designed as a companion to Sori Yanagi’s stainless steel Mixing Bowl, the Punch Strainer shares its seamless construction and quietly functional profile. Produced by Sato Shoji in Niigata, it reflects Yanagi’s approach to everyday objects: remove everything unnecessary and allow the task to determine the form.
Its finely perforated surface meets a smooth stainless steel rim, making it easy to rinse without edges that snag cloths or catch fingers. The rounded base sits securely inside the matching bowl or over a pot, making it useful for washing produce, draining pasta and straining stocks.
