Sori Yanagi Mixing Bowl - Large
Sori Yanagi’s Mixing Bowl brings his characteristically restrained approach to an everyday kitchen essential. Produced by Sato Shoji in Niigata’s Tsubame-Sanjo region, its form has remained largely unchanged for decades—a reflection of how thoroughly function informed the original design.
A gently flared rim allows for clean, controlled pouring, while the rounded, seamless interior gives batter and dough nowhere to collect. The mirror-polished stainless steel resists staining and absorbing odours, and the substantial base helps keep the bowl steady during vigorous mixing or whisking.
Generously sized for mixing, baking and everyday preparation, it nests with the smaller bowls in the collection and pairs with the matching large Punch Strainer.
