Daypack Sport - Sakura

Located in the Saitama region of Japan, Southern Field Industries embodies the notion of the cottage industry. Working from a modest workshop in their home, Manabu and Kieko, a husband and wife operation, spend their days hand-crafting perfection. Every stitch, each rivet and hand-cut piece of leather is undertaken with thoughtfulness and a meticulous eye. Manabu learned much of the trade from his Father - a craftsman of racehorse bridles and accessories whom Manabu worked for.

This backpack is built to last - no detail has been compromised. Constructed with high grade No. 08 canvas, each bag has a pair padded straps to lighten the load. Two exterior side pockets are sealed with YKK Vislon zippers: perfect for storing a bottled beverage, light snack or important essentials. A large interior sleeve can securely accommodate a tablet or small laptop while a zippers pouch will keep your valuables at bay. The bottom has been reinforced with an extra layer of canvas and the padded back pad ensures this bag remains comfortable on those long journeys.
