A meeting of Scandinavian craftsmanship and Brazilian Modernism, the Brasilia Sofa by Audo Copenhagen balances sculptural form with inviting comfort. Designed by Anderssen & Voll, this piece is defined by its bold yet refined aesthetic—chunky wooden legs lend a sense of grounded stability, while the enveloping, upholstered seat and backrest create an inviting space to unwind.
Built with a solid oak base, the Brasilia Sofa features a high-quality steel frame wrapped in molded foam for durability and support. Upholstered in Baru fabric, the sofa boasts an ultra-soft woven woolen bouclé that evokes the sensation of shorn fleece. The elasticity of the wool fibers and unique finishing processes impart a comforting volume to the material. Baru offers the benefits of a woolen textile with an exceptionally soft feel. The bouclé texture, coupled with a subtle shine from the acrylic blend, creates a playful effect as the color captures and reflects light.

SPECIAL ORDER & FURNITURE POLICY
PAYMENT
Special Order and large furniture items require full payment at the time of ordering. We honour a 24-hour period in which a refund may be granted at no additional charge. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Payments can be made online, and Sezzle (an interest-free installment plan) is available as a payment option.
LEAD TIME
Lead times vary, but items are typically available within a 4–12 week period. We’ll provide an estimated time for each item, though production or transit delays may occur. Old Faithful Shop is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.
FINAL SALE
All Special Order and large furniture items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. These pieces are stocked in limited quantities or made to order, and each is carefully inspected prior to shipment or pickup.
ASSISTANCE BEFORE PURCHASE
We encourage customers to contact us before placing an order. Our team can provide additional photos, measurements, and finish samples to help ensure the piece suits your space.
VARIATIONS
Natural variations in wood, fabric, finish, or colour may differ slightly from what appears on screen. We have samples and display pieces in-store and are happy to discuss any details or concerns before purchase.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery can be arranged once items have arrived at Old Faithful Shop. Services include simple delivery or white-glove assembly within the Vancouver area.
Special Order and large furniture items can also be collected in-store at no additional charge. Items must be retrieved within 7 business days of arrival.
Partial delivery of multi-item orders may be arranged as pieces become available.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so that we can assist promptly.
Please be aware that this item is classified as a Special Order Item and is subject to Old Faithful Shop's Special Order Policy. This policy requires full payment at the time of ordering, and refunds can only be issued within 24 hours of purchase. Once this 24-hour period has elapsed, cancellations, modifications, and refunds will not be possible. The lead time for special order items typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks. Additional shipping and delivery beyond Vancouver will require a shipping quote. However items can be collected from one of our store locations at no additional cost.
