The de Buyer CHOC CLASSIC Non-Stick Fry Pan is designed for frequent use and the gentle cooking of fish, eggs, vegetables and other delicate foods. Its thick aluminum construction heats steadily and distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, while the flared Lyonnaise profile makes it easy to slide food directly from the pan onto a plate.

A durable five-layer PTFE coating provides excellent food release for low-fat cooking and improved resistance to abrasion. The securely riveted steel handle has a blue epoxy finish that follows the HACCP colour-coding system for fish in professional kitchens.

Care Instructions

Cook over low to medium heat and never heat the pan while empty. Avoid sudden temperature changes, which may distort the aluminum, and use only wood, silicone or other non-metal utensils to protect the coating.

Allow the pan to cool before washing by hand with warm water, mild dish soap and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place it in the dishwasher.
