Crow Bottle Opener - Wide
Nambu ironware is a form of metalwork produced in the Iwate Prefecture of Japan in the 16th century. The material was initally employed for teakettles due to the materials rust resistance, longevity and excellent heat circulation.
Baba Tadahiro, a master Japanese designer born in 1930, inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement recognized that throughout our daily life we have little opportunity to utilize items that are formed through traditional craftsmanship.
Understanding the importance of the handcrafted in daily life he set out to design a range of accessories that could be displayed and utilized and would exalt the work of the craftsman.
