NyChair X 80 - White

Introducing the newly re-launched Nychair X 80. This chair was originally created in 1980, 10 years after the launch of the original Nychair X. It was developed to meet the changing needs of the times, as people moved from a low seated living environment with tatami mats, to a more western lifestyle with chairs and higher tables. 

While maintaining the enveloping comfort of the chair, the seat height is set higher than that of the original Nychair X, and the backrest can be folded to make it more compact and easier to carry. Therefore is can easily be packed along for a day at the park or stored away when not in use. 

The height of the seat, angle of the backrest and position of the elbow rests are set to maximize the ergonomics of the body to provide the most comfort. It envelops and supports the body. 

Crafted from top-grade Kurashiki sailcloth in a sailcloth factory producing the material since 1888. The seat cover is removable for cleaning and does not create static electricity.
