This dark chocolate delight is made with direct trade cacao from Peru, organic cane sugar and organic cacao butter. Listed as a top bean to bar by the New York Times and described as "Pure dark chocolate with a dairy creaminess, like dulce de leche swirls with honey - fun, unusual, easy to like."
Esteemed dessert and pastry chef Nathan Miller began manufacturing chocolate in 2010 after serving under culinary greats such as Jean George and David Bouley. Based out of Chambersburg, PA each bar is crafted from bean to bar and wrapped by hand. Nathan Miller's bars have been awarded Good Food Awards and featured as a top bean to bar chocolate in the New York Times.
