This hand-crafted version of a classic blend includes the finest quality organic full-leaf Ceylon black tea scented with natural Sicilian bergamot. Blue cornflowers accent the rich black leaves like a flower lightly worn in the lapel. The rich amber-hued brew produces a long, fragrant finish.

Brewing Instructions: 
Quantity: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz/250ml. 
Water temperature: 195F/90ºC. Bring cold, fresh spring water to a boil, remove from heat; set aside 1 minute and proceed. 
Brewing time: 4-6 minutes
